Oyinkan leads a team of lawyers who provide expert and hands-on legal and business solutions to its clients, who range from individual investors to organizations across Africa, Asia, America, and Europe wishing to set up their businesses in Nigeria and other parts of Africa. She is adept at promoting business sustenance by providing advisory, legal and compliance services. Her flair for international corporate law means she can best advise, and structure multiregional businesses, and her understanding of several legal spheres also places her in the best stead to answer questions clients are not even aware of. She is a solution-driven legal practitioner who partners with clients to deliver success.

A versatile, energetic, and creative business-minded legal practitioner with proven success in assisting individual investors, SMEs, conglomerates, and multinationals to set up and grow their businesses across Africa. Her core areas of practice are international business transactions and franchises. She is interested in anti-corruption practices, seeing corruption as one of the largest detractors to investment in Africa, which is the cradle of tomorrow’s success.

She is an avid writer of legal articles and fiction and non-fiction books and has published several on different channels. She is a mother of 4 and a committed Christian.
